Bootcamp by Bianca – Stronger Together in the Fresh Air
Here we go again – nature is calling, and you are answering! I am so proud of every single person who overcomes their inner resistance week after week, shows up rain or shine and grows beyond themselves. You are the reason this training is so special.

Fascia Training – When Your Neck and Back Are Connected
Do you sometimes experience neck pain even though the tension seems to be only in your lower back? Or the other way around? No coincidence! Fascia – our connective tissue network – runs through the entire body like a three-dimensional full-body suit.
How does this connection work? The back fascia – in particular the Fascia thoracolumbalis – connects the tailbone, pelvis and spine all the way up to the back of the skull. Adhesions or stiffness in the lumbar fascia can alter the tension along the entire spine – triggering pain and tension far away in the neck. Conversely, fascial blockages in the neck radiate down through the back muscle chains into the lower back.
Stress is the silent enemy of fascia. Chronic stress raises cortisol levels, which causes the fascia to stiffen and limits mobility. Breathing exercises, relaxation, and targeted fascia training can break this vicious cycle.

Traditional Hatha Yoga – Arriving in May
Spring is the perfect season to pause, realign and find clarity. Our traditional Hatha Yoga brings together back health and deep mental relaxation – ideal for letting go of everyday stress and starting each day centred and clear.
The mindful asanas strengthen and stretch the back muscles, promote spinal flexibility and release tension built up from prolonged sitting or stress. The breathing exercises (Pranayama) calm the nervous system and create mental spaciousness – exactly what spring invites us to discover.
🌊 Special highlight: My new 31-minute video was filmed directly by the sea – with the gentle sound of waves and a special 432 Hz music soundtrack. This frequency is considered particularly harmonising and actively supports deep relaxation. The combination of ocean sounds and 432 Hz stimulates our parasympathetic nervous system – you will feel completely reborn after this session. 🌅
