Leave the beaten path behind. During this retreat, walk a new path

Deepen your journey with daily mantra chanting (Kirtan).
Together, we use our voices to create a magical space where energy flows. We start and end each day singing together, to connect with each other, to combine our energies carried by the love of mother earth
Deepen Your Yoga Practice
We practice yoga asanas and pranayama every day to help you tu
rn inward and become fully aware of yourself. The energy of the mountains carries you through each physical exercise and prepares you for meditation, allowing you to access a deeper awareness of the light and love within.
Together, we take mindful walks through the forest—feeling the earth beneath our feet, touching the trees, breathing consciously, receiving Mother Earth’s love with gratitude.
Here, we find peace in nature.

Practice selfcare and selflove

You will also have plenty of free time to reflect or simply enjoy the surroundings.
Connect with your true self in your own way—through journaling, walking, resting, enjoying the views, or spending time with fellow participants.
You may also treat yourself to an Ayurvedic massage, learn to cook Indian food, or get a little insight into the Ayurvedic cosmetics laboratory at Rudraksh Retreat.
We immerse ourselves in local life as well, visiting the nearby village and school. Discover the joy and beauty of a simple life lived in harmony with nature.
To support your energy, you will be served meals from a wonderful Indian kitchen—naturally vegetarian but prepared vegan for a sattvic diet. Dishes are without onions and garlic and non-spicy to support meditation and mental clarity.
Please let us know in advance if you have any food intolerances or allergies.
Why Should You Join My Yoga Retreat?

x
I spent six weeks at the Rudraksh Retreat myself and experienced daily life there.
It is a place filled with peaceful, gentle energy.
The Rudraksh family welcomes you with open hearts, and the love of Mother Earth surrounds you everywhere.

Here, reconnecting with nature feels effortless. You live in nature, with nature.
And if y ou love dogs, Misty and Casper will happily greet you every day—they are sweet, gentle souls who bring extra joy to the retreat.

During our spiritual practices in the Yoga Shala, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the mountains. I’ve felt firsthand how calming and grounding this view can be. It helps you focus deeply on yourself, supported by the ancient wisdom of the Himalayas.

Your room also looks out onto the mountains—waking up to this view is something truly special and unforgettable.

About Me
I am 53 years old, traveling the world since February 2024, and teaching Hatha Yoga in the tradition of Swami Sivananda.
I completed my teacher training at Yoga Vidya in Germany and teach both online and in person, in German and English.
Yoga has transformed my life, and I wish to share this knowledge—and the beautiful places I visit—with you.
I want to help you rediscover your inner peace, because when you find peace within, you also find love: love for yourself and love for everything around you. You become a source of light, of love, and you naturally spread it.
About Swami Sivananda
Swami Sivananda (1887–1963) was a doctor who renounced worldly life to dedicate himself completely to yoga and meditation, ultimately attaining God-realization. He spent his life inspiring and guiding spiritual seekers. He wrote over 300 books, composed songs, and had a powerful voice that brought peace and strength to all who listened.
Even today, those who follow his teachings feel his guidance, love, and grace.
His simple life philosophy, which I deeply follow, is expressed in six guiding actions:
Serve – Love – Give – Purify – Realize – Meditate
