My experiences at this sacred space:

I spent six weeks at the Rudraksh Retreat myself and experienced daily life there.

It is a place filled with peaceful, gentle energy.

The Rudraksh family welcomes you with open hearts, and the love of Mother Earth surrounds you everywhere.

Here, reconnecting with nature feels effortless.

You live in nature, with nature.

I felt like coming home. I found my inner peace there. I was so in tune with myself.

I can´t wait to be back there. I miss Roopali, Mahesh, Shubhang and all staff members.

x

xx

And I miss the dogs!!! If you love dogs, Misty and Casper will greet you each day with open hearts. These sweet, gentle souls bring an extra layer of joy and warmth to the retreat. Misty loves to accompany you on hikes and walks, happily trotting by your side. She adores belly rubs and never seems to tire of them, greeting everyone with a soft tail wag and a joyful spirit.

Casper, the wise senior, moves at a calmer pace. He cherishes every gentle touch and belly rub and is the perfect companion for quiet moments of rest. While long walks are no longer his preference, he loves sitting with you as you relax, journal, or simply take in the peaceful mountain views.

Did I mention that I love dogs?

During our spiritual practices in the Yoga Shala

you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the mountains.

I have felt firsthand how calming and grounding this view can be.

It helps you focus deeply on yourself,

supportedby the ancient wisdom of

the Himalayas.

x

x

Your room also looks out onto the mountains—waking up to this view is something truly special and unforgettable.
Whether you journal or simply sit in silence, the Himalayan landscape is your constant companion.

About Me

I am 53 years old, travel the world since February 2024, and teach traditional Hatha Yoga after the teaching of Swami Sivananda.

I completed my Yoga teacher training at Yoga Vidya in Germany and teach both online and offline, in German and English.

Yoga has transformed my life, and I wish to share this knowledge—and the beautiful places I visit—with you.

I want to help you rediscover your inner peace, because when you find peace within, you also find love: love for yourself and love for everything around you.

You become a source of light, of love, and you naturally spread it.

About Swami Sivananda

Swami Sivananda (1887–1963) was a doctor who renounced worldly life to dedicate himself completely to yoga and meditation, ultimately attaining God-realization. He spent his life inspiring and guiding spiritual seekers. He wrote over 300 books, composed songs, and had a powerful voice that brought peace and strength to all who listened.
Even today, those who follow his teachings feel his guidance, love, and grace.

His simple life philosophy, which I deeply follow, is expressed in six guiding actions:
Serve – Love – Give – Purify – Realize – Meditate

This retreat is an invitation to inner healing and conscious time out. Please take your time to let all the information sink in.

If you feel that this retreat could be right for you, you will find all the practical details and answers to frequently asked questions below.
